To keep our prices as low as possible for you, we use many factors in getting you a fair quote. Your location, flight times, predicted traffic conditions, etc. Once we have given you the quote, there are no added fees or charges if things like traffic jams occur. 

We will be there whenever your flight gets in with no extra charges. We can track your flight through out your journey and our goal is to be at the airport (cell phone lot) 15 before your flight lands, whenever that is.

After you land and retrieve your luggage, please call or text your driver that you have your bags and then proceed to the designated pickup area. Both local airports do not allow parking at the terminals but the designated cell phone lots are less then 5 minutes away from every terminal. 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
